Stranded Flight crew. Ended up here after a mechanical and couldn't get a couple of rooms at a hotel within 30 min of West Hampton. Glad we didn't find one, because we stumbled across this little gem only 3 miles away. Clean and well kept. Courteous and professional. They accommodated us last minute two days in a row. Nice easy stroll to the downtown area and multiple restaurants to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.
After just 30 minutes in this place, I had pure empathy with prison camp victims. $500 a night for effectively a hostel slash homeless shelter. I could continue, but there's no point. Kids may be the ones writing the hip reviews here, but adults give this decrepit shack the bypass treatment.
Clean? Not even close. The only thing I liked about this place was the bath mat. What a dump. This place is overpriced with terrible service. And what’s more? I’ll tell you...it’s messed up they charge so much and not clean! And you know what else? It’s not freakin clean. And the stairs sound like a serial killer. Maybe that’s why not clean?? That’s all!!!
I loved it! Peter, the owner goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable and fun as possible. He will direct you to restaurants,shops, bars, and Tanger outlet. Of course the ocean is just a mile away with the most beautiful beaches. Don't expect a hotel experience which I believe is way overrated. Alison, Peter's wife decorates, runs the tennis/clothes shop and will re string or sell you a new tennis racket. They also own a tennis Academy with excellent instructors. Go have fun!
This tennis academy/inn is one of a kind. The rooms have all been upgraded and refurnished beautifully. Very close to the beach and great restaurants. If you are interested in staying at a nice cozy Westhampton Inn this is an excellent choice.
